Refund policy

Returns:

If you are wanting to make a return, you will need to notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

Please read our full return policy below.

Full Refund will be offered if:

• the item is returned to Blackie 7 days from the ready to pickup notification.

• post marked/shipped back 7 days from delivery date stated by Canada Post.

• if items have been shipped and you want to return you have 7 days from the date of delivery and will have the shipping costs deducted from the original purchase.

Store Credit will be issued if:

• the item is returned to Blackie within 10 days from pickup notification.

• post marked/shipped back within 10 days from delivery date stated by Canada Post.

• if items have been shipped and you want to return in store you have up to 10 days, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your original purchase. Customer is responsible for further shipping charges.

Any items returned after the dates above do not qualify for any refund, and can be picked up or shipped back at your expense.

All returns must be unwashed and unworn, with tags attached.
